CHRISTIAN COELLO --- EXCELLENT service advisor --- stepped in and took upon my URGENT REQUEST --- while the other TWO service advisors PLAYING the AVOIDING games ....
JULIO --- my WONDERFUL & AMAZING mechanic --- drove around Long Island and Queens ---- LOOKING for one RARE & IMPORTANT auto part for my vintage HONDA Accord.

The noise has gotten worse. I was thinking about finding a different honda dealer to check it out cause I don't want it to just get even worse.

Very disappointed! Arrived for an oil change, fluid replenishment and a problem starting the car. Was told the wait time would be 90 minutes. Waited 3 hours. NOBODY CAME OUT TO TELL ME ANYTHING. GOT INTO MY CAR, fluids not replaced! The starter issue was not discussed. I was sent home with NO paperwork. Much preferred Advantage Honda to Empire Honda!!
I was wondering if you could, if you haven't already, please submit the info to Honda saying the recall was completed. I'm still getting notifications from the Honda Link app saying the recall is still incomplete.
Staff were very wecoming. My big concern is thatvI had an appointmentvfor 8:30am & the car wasn't looked at until 10:30. I did not leave until after 11am. All that I needed was an oil change & tire rotatiion. 3 hours of my day.
Not sure why I bothered to make an appointment.
It was a very upsetting experience for me having my car towed in twice in two weeks and also going through 3 batteries in a month! I was almost sorry that I didn't take a early termination of my lease, which ends in June. Jeffrey, through was kind and I appreciate his concern. I do hope the car will be ok now!

Manniie Herrera us my rep and he is very good at his job Compliments to him My problem that since Sept of 2020 to date my problem has not been resolved. I just $720 because the job Wes done. Next day the same problem This was on Dec 15
I need to get the problem fixed and please advise on what happened to the money I paid fir a job not completed
