Always great service! I bought my vehicle used, but after using the service at the Vernon VW, I will get my next vehicle here. It’s hard to find honest mechanics… I’ve been ripped off for years from other dealerships-Subaru and Nissan in particular.
The service department is not @ fault but my car has been serviced numerous amounts of X for the same problem...based on a recall & after waiting weeks for the parts...it was supposedly fixed & now the story is we have to have a oil consumption study done to find out what the problem is by stopping by
VW EVERY (1000) miles...I pay an awful lot for this luxury vehicle & I am not feeling happy these days...how can u make me happy I need this addresses
She is very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me that was wron the the car and gave me a list of things that my car needed to have done and the cost. She is a really nice girl
July 24 a.m. I called to schedule an oil change for the following day. No one answered. Left a v/m. No call back. Called again and again no one picked up the phone. Went online to schedule an appointment. Website on multiple tries went directly to spare parts, not service. Left message with online service rep. Still no call back by 4 p.m. Called AGAIN. Finally got an associate. Came in July 25 at 11 a.m. In addition to oil change (free, part of my lease deal) it was recommended I rotate my tires ($40) and change my wipers. Total cost was $115. That means $60 for wipers??? While waiting I used the men’s room twice. No soap or hand towels to dry hands. Looked at inventory for my next lease next year. All SUVs parked outside. Was told no more Passets, Eros or CCs. Okay, where are the new Jettas? Very disappointing experience.
As usual the team took care of me, got my car fixed and out of there the following day! Shout out to jimmy as well for providing quick and concise customer service! 5 stars!

The service was excellent. Our service advisor, I forget her name and don't have the slip on me, but she was absolutely excellent, the best I've ever had.
