I specifically asked what will happen when I bring my car in, and all I was told was that I’d get a call when the car would be ready. However, I get surprised with a diagnostic charge. Pretty frustrated and was not expecting it.

Felt mislead on the price, was told 89 plus labor. Noone told me it was 400 in labor. Manager says yea, they were supposed to tell you both initially and when I was called that it was ready. Neither happened. Felt like a cheap dirty trick. Lesson learned for me, now I know to ask, definitely won't be back unless absolutely necessary

We bought this 14 Jetta for our daughter a few weeks ago. Due to the age of the car, it was sold as is. As soon as the transaction was complete, she started her new car to find a bunch of dash light on. Tom immediately came to look at it and suggested calling service in the morning. Although the Jetta was sold as is, you guys diagnosed and repaired it on your dime. We can't thank you enough for taking care Jordan's first ride. Ed and Jen Theriault
