I requested to perform the full brake fluid flush. When I came to pick the car up, I discovered an externally spongy brake pedal. When I indicated my concerns to the front desk person, she talked with the mechanic, and he said he noticed a strange brake pedal feel. The receipt that I got indicates that the car went through a multi-point inspection. What kind of inspection it is if it is dangerous to drive this car? It’s pretty clear that there is an air in the system that remained after the improperly completed flush. If it even got performed.

I brought the car in for a starter error code. The tech didn't want to fully diagnose the fault because there was a previous interlock device on the car and he said the wires were a mess. The dealership made me pay a diagnostic charge because of that, but the third party work was not ruled out as the issue. He Cleared the code and gave the car back and said if it happens again to bring it back. If it is a fault with VW or third party interference, that has to be ruled it and it wasn't. I am now in limbo, waiting for the error code again without resolution of why it happened.i also had an issue previously with the door harness, which the dealership corrected.but if the tech said wires were spliced, it could be from a previous VW fix. I'm not happy and was told a new harness install would be 8k dollars. Resolution::the tech did not find cause, resolution, or a fix. He just cleared the code.and I'm now waiting for it to happen again
The employees were super kind and the facilities were comfortable. I would say to be careful about the language being used. The employee was talking about the fact that they have to do a diag and I had no idea what that was! There is so much car language that is not in the everyday vocabulary for people and they have no idea what you are talking about sometimes. Also - I thought the costs to run a diagnostic test (diag) was exorbitant, especially just to check a light that went on in my car.
Dealing with Diana I always feel so comfortable. She assures me that my car is in my best of care Austin is the only person I allow to work on my car My first service was performed at Langon in Glastonbury. The service advisor was horrible. The tech never even talk to me with Diana and Austin . They make it personal which is phenomenal. They talk to me at my level. I don’t know anything about cars and I totally trust them.

2nd time within 4500 miles this 2022 vehicle shows low oil levels and continues to smoke up and you all won’t do anything until 3 oil
Readings at 1k miles each. The problem is evident yet nothing is being done. I’m sure the issue will be found once my manufacturers warranty expires. Worst experience with a new vehicle ever. Will never purchase a Volkswagen again nor any car from this dealer
