When I went to pick up the car there were messages on the dash. I think the tech nor the service writer actually checked the car when they were done. Now I cannot trust the work Vernon VW service does. I left them my car for a week while I was on a trip now I don’t have a car to drive because I didn’t take the car. Highly disappointed.

Came in for tires. A few weeks prior had my 50k- mentioned a squeak/rattle. The noise “ could not be replicated”. Thankfully during the test drive of new tires Janes heard the noise. So hopefully when I bring the car in again. That issue can be fixed

I made an appointment well in advance. I called and I did my due diligence, and spoke with staff, informing them of the issues I was having. I explained to them that I had a warranty for Simoniz. I was told that my issue would be covered and I booked my appointment. I drop my car off and I’m told that the Services will not be covered and the dealership is unable to provide me with a copy of my warranty. Not sure how you guys keep records. Overall though from the day after I bought the car, I have regretted it
