My shift know was replaced under recall but now my new one sounds like a toy rattle when I shift. Not a huge problem but just slightly annoying. Will be fixed when I bring it back in to get the module replaced.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming to Langan/Vernon VW for over the past 6 years and with 3 different Jetta's with absolutely zero problems. I’ve asked them to do an alignment and tire rotation the first time, they completed that and I immediately noticed something was off, which turned out to be true; the steering wheel was pointing to the right while going straight down the road and obviously when the wheel is 100% straight it starts going to the left. Brought the car back and they told me the subframe shifted and there’s 4 bolts that need replacing, along with having to do another alignment. After all of that, the car is NOT fixed and they have no problem taking my money for shoddy work. The third times the charm is not feasible when you’re charging $200-$250 every time.
The dealer should get better tires for the EV vehicles
You have the best service dept in ct. James and Amanda are so welcoming and knowledgeable with Vw service. Makes the whole process easy and painless, even when you have to spend over $2400 for repairs.
James is always above and beyond the given assignments. Always highly professional and polite. A great asset if this dealership!
Needed and alignment and tire rotation. Job was completed on time however, I will have to return to have the front toe angle adjusted due to it not being set with the steering column perfectly straight.
Promptly resolved issue with the vehicle. Provided transportation to and from the dealership to home. Very satisfied with the Excellent service I received from from Tom.
He did a great job and gave me an important tip on the auto turn off feature of the car that I wouldn't have picked up on otherwise. A big help, would've been scared if the car turned odd at a traffic light.
Terrible service. I’ve had to stop in 5 times to top off my oil in between oil changes this car continues to randomly smoke up and your service department says this is normal for a new vehicle. You all sold me a lemon and even with a bumper to bumper warranty won’t do anything to fix this . Super disappointed with VW. This needs to be made right. $33k on an unreliable vehicle and you all say it’s normal. Unreal.
They messed up my coils and I had to take it to someone else to fix it, wasn’t happy with one of the girls that work there who argued with me, instead of asking me to bring it in to recheck it!!! Never again will I bring it to you guys
