We were very happy with our service. You were short staffed. I offered to leave my car for the day figuring that would be easier and my car was done by noon!! Very happy. You guys are wonderful!

Thomas did an excellent job making sure my beetle got fixed properly. I know it was tough to figure out the issue but I’m so happy that he did his best and finally was able to get it fixed! At any other VW it probably would have taken double the time. Glad my car is always treated as a priority when I bring it to Vernon VW! Thank you again and happy holidays :)

There was a problem when car was sold dark out windshield cracked tires worn oil old & down a quart because the previous vehicle we bought from you a Passat took a quart every 800 miles so we were concerned this was happening again!! So we were thinking air filter wasn’t checked & the same with fluids We need the vehicle properly checked that’s all thank you for your time! And we need it back today SATURDAY thank you

Charged $85 without my knowledge that there would be a fee. I asked what I was signing on initial paperwork and was told I had to sign before they could diagnose the problem. I feel I should have been told if they were going to go any work that I would be charged for (not under warranty). I was caught off guard by the charge. I feel as though communication was lacking. If I had known it was the key fob battery I would have went back to where I bought the battery from and asked for a replacement battery. I still don’t understand why the issue couldn’t be diagnosed without putting car on the lift (which is why I was told I was being charged).

I am disappointed of how my service appointment was handled. I cane in for a steering wheel switch replacement and an oil change. After 3 hours I was told that the switch was not available in the US and had to be ordered from Canada!! I was told that I had to come back to have it replaced (quoted over $700 to replace) and was charged $189.94 for diagnostics for just to tell me the obvious. Yes, I was charged $189.94 just to tell me what I knew and the switch was not fixed. I purchased my golf R from Glastonbury VW and continued with Vernon VW when VW moved to Vernon. I have been servicing my VW at Vernon and was satisfied all up until now. I am disappointed! Customer # 1145558
