The people in the service department are amazing. They are so helpful and they seem to always be working. I set up an appointment for a simple oil change and it seems they're so busy instead of saying we'll get to you next week they did it on a Sunday afternoon. My time is very short and limited away from work. Vernon vw always seems to make things work out for me. Thanks a lot guys. Much appreciate your team.

Sarah is a fantastic representative, knowledgeable,friendly and a pleasure to work with. Most of my issue was fixed today and am happy but noticed that my ACC light still goes on and off as well as an exclamation point. Was going to call tomorrow if still happening
