Very expensive, they couldn’t tell how much it was going to cost the whole service so they keep going back and fourth with the cost, they couldn’t tell when the service would be done, I have called asking to have a rental car they never called me back. I liked when the other manager Ed was in charge, way nicer guy and very professional. Based on this experience lead me to not want another car from VW.

Sarah was very kind and welcoming as I entered the service department. Her colleague was also very kind. I told them what I came in for and also about the recall. Sarah took care of everything. I had my vehicle appraised and it was about $20,600 Thank you to both women for being kind and terrific.

Sarah was amazing!! I had an emergency issue with my car and had to make it to a wedding same day. She made sure my car was looked at right away. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Jeff was amazing who fixed my car so fast! Jevon was so wonderful too. Just a great team who helped me get to the wedding on time. Can’t thank them enough!

Walking into the dealer i was met by sarah at the front service desk. The energy and just being super kind and helpful with figuring everything out. And also service took what seemed like less then an hour which is very impressive. Give that girl a raise cause she made me leave smiling and proud that i own a Volkswagen.

I was disappointed and felt mislead after my experience at Vernon VW. I came in because my engine light came on and my car was not excelling. When I was called about the repairs needed, he implied that the car wouldn’t run without a new injector, spark plugs, and filter. I told him to fix what needed to be done to make the car useable again. I called again first thing the next day to question the repairs since I was left with a weird feeling and talked to my Dad about it. During that phone call I told him not to replace the spark plugs and filter since that was when he clarified it was for mileage and not to make the car run. He then told me he would call to let me know if any repairs were already done before I told him not to do it. He never called back to clarify. I was at the dealership for a half hour before closing that afternoon since they said the car would be done. Right before closing he said it wouldn’t be done until the next day. He once again did not mention if the repairs I told them not to do were already done. When I went back for the third day, I was surprised that they replaced the spark plugs and on the sheet said “at customers request.” After the repairs I went to the dealer I purchased the car from and they informed me that they put a new filter in just over a month ago. After finding that out, I felt like I was mislead. There was a lack of communication and clarity about the repairs. I purchased the car just over a month ago and that that repairs, other than the fuel injector were not needed at this time and were pushed on me. The air filter was basically new and should not have been recommended. I am a teacher in town and was planning to go there regularly for repairs, but since they made recommendations that were not need, I am worried about future repairs they may recommend that might not be necessary. I did appreciate the curtesy car the second day since the repairs were taking longer than expected and the women at the front desk was very polite.

Service was a five out of five I would definitely recommend Sarah - excellent customer service skills! Vernon VW is lucky to have Sarah, She literally made my day! And I no where to bring my car from now on !

I brought my car there today they told me it would take an hour I told him exactly what was wrong with my car I told her that they have to be two people driving the car when driving in the driver seat and one behind the driver seat I told the girl that there was a noise coming from the driver side rear tire I go back and they told me they didn’t hear nothing I didn’t pay too much attention to the car in side , once I got inside my car look like it was ransacked I couldn’t believe it I went to go get my grocery bags out of the back of my car to see which the cover that was on the back seat he was thrown off to the side I had my bags they were thrown in the back of my car. I realize then whoever sat in the car and drove the car sat on the wrong side of the car they sat on the passenger side because that’s where my seat cover was picked up pushed over to the other side of the car I could not believe my car looks like that when I brought my car to them it’s in one condition meant all they have to do is put my car back the same way they found it and they did not. I was very unhappy I had called him and told him that unfortunately you didn’t do your job right you did not do the right side of the car that’s why you did not hear the noise of my rear tire I’m very upset with the Volkswagen dealer in Vernon I am going to look for a new dealer it is really sad and I have to do that. I wanted to stay Closer to home but I can’t now I have to look for someplace else they do too much socializing and not doing their job they quickly do anything and they don’t really take your time I really think the other services that were done in my car we’re not done I am very upset.
