Sarah was awesome, helped me right along. Let me know what was going on and knew how important it was to have my car back. Especially after only buying it a few weeks ago. No complaints on her part one bit. The tech however did leave alot of greasy handprints on my door/door handle and hood. Not a huge deal but a kind reminder to those techs to have cleanly habits! Thanks again Sarah!!!

The girl at the front counter was amazing. She was apologetic that I had a long wait time and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Her customer service skills were amazing. I’ll continue to go here for all of my service needs. Another great job from Vernon VW.

Absolutely great! You guys kept me up to date on everything that needed to be done and gave me accurate price estimates, got my approval for large cost items and did everything you could to save money for me. When I bought this car used from a non-VW dealership, I was worried about finding a place to take it for maintenance and services, but now I no longer have to worry!
