Sarah was great, overall real solid experience. Only thing I’d do next time is pass on the diagnostic. The sticker shock for the cost of work was a bit much for a problem I already knew about and my CEL came back on as soon as I started the car. Other than that I had a great experience.

I was extremely satisfied, except when Alyssa hit the front of my car up against a ladder and and other items when she returned it to my garage. Otherwise I’m very satisfied and impressed with Alyssa’s professionalism, competence, attention to detail, excellence with keeping me informed and answering my questions, and her outstanding overall abilities as a service representative.

I visited Vernon VW for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2009 Jetta. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes, I was there over 90 minutes. I asked for a taillight bulb to also be changed. They informed me that 2 bulbs were out, I approved the changing of both. I was charged $60 labor to change two light bulbs. Absolute robbery. A simple oil change and tire rotation for an 11 year old vehicle cost me nearly $220 and took twice as long as stated when I arrived. Overall experience was terrible.
