I got an appointment at 12:30 and scheduled my entire day around it. Usually the rotation of tires and an oil change is estimated with about two hours. I arrived at 3 pm and the car was not even in the Garage. Nothing had been started. So, I left and my husband dropped me at around 5 pm to pick up the car. The trunk with the spare tire was not put together, the cover still draped over the back seat and the hub cap not put back on. For charging $ 525 for two new tires, rotating and oil change I had al least hoped my trunk would be put in order.

2-1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous . I was asked if I was going to wait for the car. I said no I will come back when it is done. I went Christmas shopping. I did not know that meant they were going to fit my car in when they felt like it. They brought it in when I called to check on status. If you have a schedule drop off time I. Would think that is when they would work on your vehicle.

Sarah was so helpful when I called Tuesday morning making my car a priority to be seen. She was so professional, Amanda and Alicia were also helpful getting me back and forth to work. Please work on the parts department they need to improve their communication.
