Was happy to get the service.The only thing I was not completely happy with is the amount of time it took.I thought about that and realized , tire pressure , oil change and checklist of check off items would have taken a lot of that time .All n' all thank you for looking after my suv ,Suzanne

Everyone was amazing at Vernon Volkswagon!! I just purchased a brand new 2020 VW Arteon R-Line, and unfortunately hit a pothole causing my front-right rim to be bent terribly, plus ruining the tire. I had the insurance and Samantha pushed Allstate to replace the rim and tire instead of repairing it. They fixed me up and got me out there without having to pay anything!! Also the alignment was off due to this, so I went back the next day and Jeff helped me out even more by putting the alignment which would have cost me $500, under warranty, because the insurance did not cover it. These people are the best place to buy your new VW and trust me, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!

Wrong lug nuts installed on rims for the second time. Gave clear instructions twice that the lug nuts on the passenger seat needed to be installed for the winter wheels but this instruction was not followed. Happened at my last service as well. Staff were very polite and remedied the issue in a timely manor but it was still disappointing that the mixup occurred more than once.
