This was my 1st service experience .... I had a tire that was losing pressure on the 2017 Golf Alltrack that I had recently purchased @ Vernon VW — initially, Sam gave me a potential cost for and/or if the tire could be repaired post inspection. When the car was done (a quick plug once a very thin screw was found and removed from the tire) I was told that I was “all set” — when I asked what I owed, to my surprise I was told that there was no charge. Additionally, Sam printed off 2 separate OEM accessories that I’d asked about ... having had a history of generally poor service on my prior Nissan, I can’t tell you what a pleasant surprise today was! Thanks to Samantha and everyone else involved!

Sam was wonderful, this review is more based on the fact that I bought a car from this dealership, they had my car for two weeks since they had to order a second key. I was told by multiple reps at the dealership that my car would be detailed as it should when you buy a car from any dealership. To my surprise when I picked it up, it was not detailed at all. It was actually dirtier then when I dropped it off....
