I was quoted a much lower price from a more reputable dealer. They were not looking to trash talk but said they couldn’t see how I wasn’t getting unfairly quoted due to the type of issue the car was having. I will not be back if I can help it. Will be looking for a new VW dealer to exclusively service my vehicle

I drove up to Vernon to have a back light replaced but apparently they were sent the wrong part. Not Vernon's fault but inconvenient since I live in Newington. Still waiting to hear about the correct part. I do appreciate that there is no charge for the part or the labor. Hope to hear something soon. CIndy ****

After my first experience I wasn’t sure about this location, but they immediately fixed the situation so I felt like I could return. On this visit I felt satisfied and was happy with the service. After my oil change they told me what they did and what would need to be done the following oil changes. After this experience, I feel much better returning here for service.
