To be honest I was having a bad day yesterday but that all changed when I got to Vernon VW. First I was impressed with the time of service, I was in and out way faster than expected. Also he was very genuine, friendly and most of all patient with me and answering all my questions in detail. He even went the extra mile to help me personally (I was on crutches and could barely walk). Instead of dismissing me around the corner to go speak with someone from a different department he went out his way to get me a quote and the parts I needed for my car. I just want to thank the team all the way around yesterday for making my day!
