I don’t know who Megan is for one thing. John was the one who sold us the Golf. He was very off putting. Seemed like he was in a bad mood or didn’t like us. My husband and was trying hard to be nice and make the guy laugh and he just didn’t care. I am thinking of driving extra far just to go to a different Volkswagen if I ever have to go back there. P.S. Jet was awesome!

My Passat has been the best car I’ve ever had. It has been serviced by VE since we bought it new. It has performed exceptionally well. We just returned from a 700 mile trip and got 35 mpg. I love my car.

I was totally disappointed with the service I received on my vehicle. The job was completed to unclog a sunroof drain which was leaking into the driver side foot well. THE VEHICLE, WHICH HAS CREAM OR LIGHT TAN INTERIOR, WAS RETURNED TO ME ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, WITH GREASE AND DIRT MARKS OUTSIDE ON TBE DOORS, ROOF, INSIDE ON THE SEAT, DASH, UPHOLSTERY, CEILING, FLOOR. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND I DONT KNOW THAT I WOULD WANT TO RETURN or RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE FOR ANY WORK. HIGHLY DISGUSTED.
