Jimmy is an enthusiast. It really shows with his demeanor and his approach to service. He knows that quality matters and the expectation is exactly that. Jimmy is a high quality employee with attention to detail and know it all. Because he also engages in the Powersports side of VW, it was easy to get along and talk about cars. That’s the type of guy everyone wants to deal with. Friendly, factual, understanding and intelligent. 10/10 for Jimmy. That’s the reason I come get oil changes and service. You can’t teach that level of work ethic. Keep him, teach him and pay him what he deserves. That’s a VW guy through and through.

Mr James Wa Masse was phenomenal with his customer service today. He did an absolute immaculate job with walking me through my services that my car needed. Absolute gentlemen, very respectful and he knows a ton about the Volkswagen brand. very pleased with my service and will continue bringing my car here from now on. 5 out of 5 stars for me

Vernon VW went beyond normal to pick my car up to resolve the issue and returned it the same day. I didn't have to interrupt my wife's plans for the day to drop the car off.
