He was so attentive to my needs and understood my concerns. He went above and beyond to figure out my issue ( my cars’ issue) and to make sure everything was checked. Even offered me a cookie to take with me. Professional and friendly. He was great! Thank you

Every time I come in to service my car, the team is very personable and willing to answer my questions. Even though I did not purchase my VW from Vernon VW, I continue to have it service here because of the team in the service department.
