My car stayed for almost 3 weeks, yet I was told every time I called in the first 2 weeks that “it will be done tomorrow” which gave me no timeframe of when I would have a vehicle. I was never called to be told that it wouldn’t be ready either, every time I had to call to find out. I got the car back with multiple major problems that it didn’t go in with, as the tow truck driver who dropped it off can confirm. The service manager tried to tell me that it did in fact come in with these problems, even though he himself later confirmed that at least one of the problems was caused by Vernon VW. I now am stuck with multiple major problems with my car that I didn’t have when I dropped the car off and have missed multiple work days because of the staff’s poor communication not giving me any time frame to know I needed to find an alternate vehicle. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a garage in my life.

This is the second time I've brought my car there to fix the same problem. The problem still isn't fixed with my heat. Third time's the charm maby... I'd be better off doing the job myself.

Took the car for oil change, when I drove the car in the afternoon low oil warning, checked under the car and oil is dripping sent a message to service about it. I expect the issue to be solve by Vernon Vw tomorrow, cannot drive the car back with no oil on the engine

My keys were left in the center console overnight with the doors unlocked when I called yesterday and said I won't be able to pick up my car and to please lock my doors and I would be by today to pick up my car.
