No need to contact me - Vernon VW was not very busy, so I’m surprised they forgot to rotate my tires? I also had to remove oily finger prints around the drivers door as well as upholstery cleaner on the head liner at the drivers door. I would have expected this from Joes garage, but not a high end car dealer. Otherwise the repairs seem FINE

I took my car in for an oil change and only 15 minutes later the car was done. I did my due diligence to check the dipstick, the oil was dirty and dark; clearly old oil.
I showed the service manager and he claimed it was “normal”. He offered to have the oil changed again. I had them change the oil again. After the actual oil change, the oil was clean and new. This clearly shows the oil was never changed and I was charged nearly $100 for this service originally.
I will not be returning for any service work or sales inquiries as I do not trust your service work.
Dianna was very friendly. Nice waiting room but the TV wasn’t working and it was very cold. Everyone was wearing a jacket (both the service agents and customers).

Alexa was a very pleasant and accommodating person to speak with when dicussing the repair work for my car. I am also pleased with Jimmy's call to verify the things I wanted done on the car, and that it was done in a timely manner.

I was given a blank multi point inspection sheet. That was odd.
I asked for front light to be replaced along with tire work. Wasn't done they didn't even remember anything about it.
