My car had gone in to diagnose a leak that was happening. While surprisingly the source of the leak was found my headliner was disgusting. There was black finger marks and smudges all along the back passenger door frame that we’re never cleaned. The water mark that I was told would be removed, wasn’t. And the clips behind the handles on the ceiling are completely shredded by the tech who tried to remove my headliner. The outside of my car was also covered by water marks due to water testing that wasn’t properly cleaned. This has been an ongoing issue since September of 2021, and the only negative side the dealership has offered me up until this point was poor communication. However, the state in which my car was handed back to me today was unacceptable.
