I do service work too and I hate these kinds of surveys bc people feel like they hafta find one thing to complain about. I’m a reasonable person, so I won’t do that. It was easy to make my appt online. I brought my car in at the time and the desk ppl were friendly. Someone called me about an additional recommendation, explained it clearly, and I accepted it. They told me when my car would be ready and I went and got it. The receipt is itemized clearly. I love my car and hope to keep driving it for a really long time. I try to take care of it well and it doesn’t give me any probs. Your service dept employees are always nice.

My car was in for service for 2 distinct and separate issues and only one was resolved. Diana stated that she would continue to work on the key problem, however, I have to be honest: I have lost faith with the parts and service department with this one! It has been going on 2 years now. I paid for a new key fab and I have not gotten it!

I was disappointed with the service I received. I was charged $39.95 plus taxes for tire rotation and it was never completed as stated on the work order. I was not notified that that the rotation wasn't completed. I discovered it on my own. I have lost confidence in the VW service at your dealership that I have come to depend on. Lester E
