1. Made appointment online describing my issues only to arrive to my “confirmed” appointments with no record of me having an appointment.
2. Arrived at my second appointment and was told that I was there for an oil change after describing my issues multiple times.
3. After getting the car back I still have a “change oil” message in the dash.. a message that I told several times, once reset it comes right back.
4 I have never experienced a dealership as unprofessional as this one, zero customer service and a lack of communication. I was told that a manager would call me to discuss my issues and I have yet to receive anything.

Thx for the thorough explanation on the regen process n taking the time to explain it to me. I appreciate it, and as always, yr flexibility w my vehicle storage (work out of town for up to a week sometimes n you guys are always cool about my pickup times).

Service was good. Only complain is with communication and scheduling. Ive had multiple issues with scheduling a service and showing up and nobody having any idea why I’m there - as if it just wasn’t put in the system. This time we were told to bring the car in on saturday and then when we arrived were told that they didn’t do this kind of work on the weekends - we then had to come back on tuesday to drop it off (again). When we got there on tuesday morning at the time when they were supposed to open, nobody was there. Wasn’t too big of a deal since there’s a key drop box but I kind of expected a business to open when they said they will.
I received a free trade in value appraisal for my car today. I not interested in selling my car at this time.
Took longer than stated, but dealership was very helpful.
Thanks I really needed new breaks.
