Diana is bright, enthusiastic and very much masters tge information from the techs. She explains things well enough for the customer to understand why the repair is needed. She’s good at expediting! Honestly, she is a real asset for your dealership! She’s a keeper! Take care of her! That’s the kind of enthusiasm and talent that will profit your company!

When I asked about coupons applying when I was presented the bill, I was told that I had to present the coupons before the work was done. A possible change would be to ask the customer if they had any coupons.
A friend also had an unfriendly interaction with this same service representative regarding tire purchase. She purchased tires elsewhere.

I do like Vernon Volkswagen, the woman at the Service Desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. However was disappointed with oil change. Smoke poured out from under my hood when driving away after 90k service/oil change. Fortunately after returning the Tech who worked on my car reassured it was an oil overspill and claimed he washed it, but he had to smell it in driving car back out into the lot and I should have been made aware of the mishap to avoid being frightened. He did wash area again, the smoke stopped but the smell was still in the car after 4 hours upon returning home. The Tech was kind and patient in conversation, but I've never experienced this type of service negligence with any of the 3 VW Jettas I've owned. Also my car engine cover is missing. My word against Technician. I will contact the dealership where I bought the car for further assistance. I distinctly remember the VW emblem on the cover as I always clean it and the top area of the cover when adding windshield water fluid. I do realize the car is operational without it. The service at Vernon Volkswagen was excellent. The people in the service department are very helpful and great to work with.
We wanted the alignment looked at prior to buying our 2015 eos. Come to find out it was a bent rim. I think this could of been done b4 buying the car. The golf wasn't finishes on time and my son didn't have a car to go to college. Diana though was awesome and very professional . She deserves a raise.

Everyone in the service dept was friendly and helpful, and scheduling online was easy. My visit was for the installation of my cross bars that honestly should’ve been installed before I picked up my new vehicle a few months ago. My cross bars were quickly installed while I sat in the waiting room, but I was not informed my vehicle was ready until ~40 minutes later (I think there was some miscommunication between the service tech and front desk). My seat and steering wheel were stained with oil/grease which I had to clean.
The appointment went smoothly.
Visit started with NOT showing up in their system. This in spite of text message reminder. Everything after went well.
I felt that the service was done in a timely manner and also I was glad that the cabin filter was checked and changed as I had previously detected an older which is now gone thank you.
