Went in for an oil change and brief diagnostic. Excellent communication throughout. Gave some additional info to Dianna on the issue I was having, and she relayed it to the technician quickly and accurately. The tech also did an awesome job figuring out the source of the (thankfully benign) sound coming from the car. Took them up on the tire rotation too, and I was still able to pick up within a few hours. Super impressed!

The gentleman at front desk was very courteous and professional. My new car has only 19k miles and the tire was defective it had a bubble in it! I was disappointed that VW did not cover the costs! A new vehicle should not have a defective tire! I was very disappointed in VW!
