Jim goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. I'm always satisfied with the work done here, and if I do have a concern about something, it's made right before I leave. I appreciate all of the employees efforts and work.

You seriously owe Dianna Robert a raise! Do you know how hard it is to find somebody who is willing to work, that is competent, on the ball, and a pleasure to do business with?? People like her don’t exist anymore so I hope you treasure her. It’s so hard to find somebody she who actually cares, is self motivated, personable and hardworking. I could tell she was a treasure on the phone and then meeting her and watching how she dealt with not only myself but other customers and the people she works with, she is consistently on the ball. I told her that she is awesome. I am glad you sent the survey and I hope you take to heart what I say and realize what a fantastic employee you have at VW in Vernon!

I had an issue on my way out in the morning…my car had stalled I called Vernon Volkswagon and spoke with Dianna Robert…He was able to get my car looked at and diagnosis the problem swiftly to my delight…They even fixed my headlights that was out…Exceptional service…Thank you
