I like the service experience. However, the cost to repair the heated seat seemed excessive… $199 for the diagnostic and $645 for the repair…$844 in total!

The car was serviced very well and in a very timely manner. I bought the car for my daughter to drive and she brought the car in with the problem and Dianna Robert did a great job to get the car fixed.
