I love the people at the service department at this dealership. From the manager, Jimmy to all of the people working in the front like Diana to all of the mechanics that I have had the experience of working with like Austin they are just awesome. Best customer service ever! I am so happy that this is my favorite dealership that I have ever worked with in my 58 years of driving and owning cars! Thank you!

Everyone at Vernon Volkswagon is always so helpful and honest. We truly had a great experience there today starting off with the great staff in your service department. Then we met Amanda Staron what a pleasure she was to deal with. She has great customer service skills, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in buying. She answered all our questions very honestly. VW Volkswagen should be honored to have someone like Amanda Staron on their team!
