Dianna did a great job scheduling my repair and ensuring I had a loaner car to go to work. She also kept in contact with me to let me know when my car would be ready for pickup. She does a great job!!

Contacting dept on Saturday was a challenge. Had to call sales rep who connected with service deot to get an update. Waiting 2 days for a tire was a bit much. In future will go to tire shop if having tire issues.No need for call back.
