I scheduled my car to program a key fob. Service called told me it was in and made the appt to get it programmed. After waiting 15 minutes I was told the wrong key was ordered and it’s a common mistake “happens all the time”. Very upset I had to take the morning off from work. This could have been verified before I came in. Crummy customer service

My **** heat shield is still rattling after the engine shakes while I accelerate when driving the car. Volkswagen has had my car for 13 days for the same issue and it has never been resolved. This is complete **** and I can’t understand why after dropping my car off twice and the heat shield still isn’t secured properly. At this point I can’t see myself bringing the car back to this service department ever again. How do I drop off my vehicle twice in the first month for these issues. WHY HASNT MY **** HEAT SHIELD BEEN FIXED IVE DROPPED IT OFF TWICE AND IT STILL ISNT REPAIRED AND MY ENGINE IS STILL PUTTING DURING ACCELARTING THIS IS **** **** I can’t trust the deal ship that sold me the vehicles to repair it correctly
All of the staff at this service department is just excellent. Jimmy and Diana are so accommodating and always treat their customers first class. They are knowledgeable, caring and I look forward to seeing them when I come for service! Even the mechanics Austin, Mike and Steve are helpful and will explain what they did with my car when they worked on it!

Very pleased with the service I received and the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the cause of the water in the back seat foot wells was not found.
Everything was great and service was fairly quick.
