Vehicle is leased with a full maintenance contract through Enterprise which you do not honor. Because of this, any and all future service is precluded. Please note that I would be happy to continue service with you, but your refusal to honor Enterprise’s maintenance contract precludes future business with your dealership.

Diana was really wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming and did not pressure me to complete any additional services. She kept me updated on the status of my service appointment and called to explain further findings, options, and pricing. I will definitely be switching from Enfield to Vernon for further maintenance on my vehicle. She even changed my fob battery without me having to ask!
I brought me car in for brakes and took the morning off from work to do so. They didn’t have the brakes in stock so I was unable to be serviced. I ended up getting them done elsewhere and much cheaper.
The man who signed me in and took my keys was wearing strong cologne. Additionally, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the woman could not find the card reader and was asking around for it. She asked a man who was at a desk in the office directly behind her register at the parts counter. When she asked him if he knew where the card reader was, he said, "yes." As she waited for him to tell her, he said, "it is up your ****!" and then started laughing. The man standing at his desk also started laughing. Neither of these two men were the man who checked me in. It is bad enough that man did not want to be helpful at all, but he wasted your employee's time and my time in order to harass her. She should not have to put up with that, and I definitely will not.
James is great at his job. Communicates in a timely professional manner and is pleasant to deal with.
Work was performed as requested, but after tire rotations, tire pressure was not checked or reset to VW Mfg standards ( front 33 rear 38,) after discovering, after picking up auto and checking when home, I correct the issue accordingly. I called service manager and he agreed and made apologies, stating the particular employee quit his job that day after completing my work order. No other complaints or problems with this dealership in past work performed.

Problem with intermittent wipers remains.
As I have stated before you have a treasure with Diana. It’s very hard to find young people willing to work or capable, smart, on the ball and professional as her. I would hire her in a minute! She’s awesome. Give that girl a raise before she gets scooped up somewhere else!!
