Oil was dripping off after my oil change.
The service technician was irritated when I asked him to reset my “oil change required” message, saying that I should have known how to do it myself. He eventually reset the message for me. Not an optimal customer experience. I have only had positive experiences with express lane for the ten years I’ve owned my f-150. I hope this experience is not repeated.
As always, John makes every customer feel important. He never rushes you and always listens to your concerns. John represents Capitol Ford in a very positive manner, in fact every employee I have dealt with over 5he many years at the Dealership have been positive and professional. At great team at Capitol!
