When we saw the rotars after they were replaced we really didn't think they needed replacing. Since that cost several hundred dollars, we were not happy about that at all. It was very expensive!

Simon is the best. You definitely need more service writers like him. Even if you call him on the phone he will work out a problem with your vehicle without even seeing It. He has walked me through several issues even when I was on vacation out of state He has walked me through several issues even when I was on vacation out of state. He is an extremely valuable employee for you guys. Not sure when he’s up for evaluation or pay increase but it’s not out of the question that he honestly would deserve one.

I have NO issue with Capital Ford. My experience was less than perfect because they have to get special permission from Ford to do what they know has to be done with my car. This procedure has caused my car to be laid up for an exceptionally long time.
