But Estevan Rivera and the service team were very persistent in solving an issue with my Ford Super Duty along with Paul Bartlett who was also determined to get to the cause of the problem. The service team showed great professionalism during my times there. As of now it looks like the problem has been resolved. Awesome..

Always great and friendly staff.
Customer service rep kept over promising and under producing. I was told my car would be done by a certain time, it wasn’t. I had to ask multiple times on the status of my car. Finally I had to be firm about when I needed my car back after getting the run around. For paying $1700, my experience should’ve been a lot better. Also, in the middle of a pandemic when it’s hard to afford things, there should be certain promos offered for us middle class, hard working people. We don’t have tons of money at our disposal.
John was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
