I like Simon. I am definitely disappointed in this $60,000 truck that has needed a totally new moonroof and now I find out the “phasers” are defective, a job that would cost $2500-3000 out of warranty. Ford is really concerning me. I’m guessing I’ll be hit for some very expensive repairs after warranty—and my truck doesn’t even have 13,000 miles on it!

Even though I had an appointment, I was kept waiting for almost 5 hours. I checked the labor billed which amounted to about 2.5. I think an extra wait of over 2 hours was excessive, especially during a Covid pandemic. Also, I took my truck to my trusted mechanic in Tucson who tested the glow plugs who said they didn't need to be replaced, all 8 are working like they should. This discrepancy makes me feel I can't trust you.

The only difficult part of this latest service for my Explorer with Capitol was getting an appointment. It took two phone calls to the number shown on your Service Dept. website, and three attempts to fill in an on-line request for an appointment. In the end, my husband had to ask our sales person, Sam, to help with this.

I was completely satisfied with the service in that I brought it in for a check engine light and because the part was unavailable I was able to get in on short notice on Wednesday to have the part replaced thank you much. I would suggest that while you have some chairs out in front of your sales department you have you don't have a similar area with some chairs and tables for people waiting outside the service department.

Simon went above and beyond for us!!! We were traveling and had to stop and have our vehicle checked. We didn’t have an appointment, but he managed to get our problem fixed and back on the road within an hour!!! We appreciate him and his crew for keeping my family safe!!
