As far as the communication that is great! When I went in the beautiful thing about my vehicle is it had No engine lights on and now the air bag light is on after the service, but the service dept did state for me to take it back in and they would take a look to see what might of happened. Living two and a half hours away, and being dismissed close to five pm I will have to go back next week. Staying positive
I showed up panicking 30 minutes before close... if even that. Simon was so patient and stayed to do the full diagnostic on my car. He fully explained to me what the diagnostic revealed and what I should do next.
Non of the mechanics or supervisors know what the hell their doing there. They or you guys not know anything about the cars you work on.

I spent a few days (>48hrs) with no communication while a diagnostic tool was not working. Once it was repaired, communication was accurate and forthcoming, and the truck was delivered as promised. I was satisfied, just not "completely."
Cristal was great but I wasn’t pleased that a failing battery was not identified on a service visit four days earlier.
