Truck needs to be fixed cam phasers aren't going to fix themselves it a real problem that exists I couldn't bring vehicle in cold had no transportation live in Fortville, In. Will call Ford Customer help line today as an complaint the paperwork I have says work has to be completed by 2 28 2022.also I had it in 3 times this year for the same problem. And the paperwork going to be mailed to me for what was done on vehicle yesterday.

Charles was very pleasant and informative. When letting me know about my rear brakes needing service soon he was not pushy and let me know that it could be done today and approximately how much it would cost, but when I asked if it could wait until after the holidays he said absolutely and didn’t try to push me into taking care of it today as if it was an emergency. I will definitely work with Charles again in the future.

Promises were made and not met and I received no phone calls after promised completion dates passed. I’d rather be under promised and over delivered vs over promised and under delivered. The insurance tracking device was not replaced in the diagnostic port on either of the last two visits and luckily I noticed it when I accidentally kicked it out of the truck when I got out because it was left on the floor. I did appreciate the nominal discount on the two batteries that had to be replaced and the most recent repair was covered under warranty

Prices aren’t competitive. Had they been, you would’ve been able to do a lot more work on my vehicle. Cory was fine, except I was expecting communication/updates at some point on the first day of dropping my car off, and I think when I said “I won’t be picking this up until tomorrow” that my vehicle went to the back of the line and wasn’t looked at in a timely fashion. Even though I made my appointment to come in 2 months ago.

Cory did an excellent job on giving me an estimate on the work I thought was needed. Cory followed up with me after an appraisal from the master technician that only one concern needed to be addressed at this time. This is another example why I entrust Capital City with all maintenance needs.
