After they fix a recall of my truck all the lights were in and the steering wheel wasn’t working (the front & back. up and down button)
I left it so they can take a look, when I tried to pick it up they surprised me with a charge. I paid! And when finally got my truck to drive it home all the lights were still on! They said an “alteration of the truck” and they also said the can’t do anything about it! I took it to a shop close to my home and oh surprise! They fix it, it was just a bad connection of cables that Dealer people did connected wrong ???? and didn’t even took a time to look at it! So disappointed of the Ford city dealer.

Staff was kind and efficient, however when I picked my car up, the check engine light was on and I had to return to the dealer. Also I mentioned I wanted them to check a slow leaking tire when they did the rotation and they said there were no problems. When I picked the car up, that tire was down to 28lbs while all others were at 32.
Capital City Ford failed to deliver quality service. I think Cory as your representative conveys your values.

If I had not looked at my receipt I wouldn't have known that they overcharged me the price was ridiculous for an oil change and a diagnostic I end up paying $241 for that and my service advisor I'm sure she didn't even she told me the price I'm sorry she told me the price of the repair hours before I come in and paid it but then I end up paying $241 I will never bring my vehicle back to this place again and even the cashier States that she questions what the guys back there in the back working on these cars do when it comes to these invoices
