Service was so quick and efficient and the level of customer service was TOP NOTCH!! Tech Corey answered all my questionsand did NOT make me feel silly for asking, which I really appreciate! I felt valued as a customer, and that the service department respected my time. I was on my lunch hour and the whole process was so easy and efficient that by the time we were finished eating i picked up my car and gor back to work on time!! No waiting, respect, & GREAT SERVICE!! Capitol City is MY new dealerahip/ Service Dept.

Arrived at 7am and was immediately taken care of. I had to wait 20-30 minutes after work was do for cashier to show up at 8am. I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to come back to her desk to take my payment. The only reason she showed up then because someone had to go look for her and tell her I was waiting on her

I was perturbed when I needed a new battery for my 1 yr old key fob. Yes my edge is a 2020 but I bought it brand new 12.27.2020. It only had 3.6 miles on it. But anyway, when I came in to get a new battery, they charged me $5.36 for it. The reason why I was perturbed is b/c they charged me the $5.36. I told them that I have an Audi & when I needed a new battery for the key fob, the dealership did not charge me for the new battery. The service person of Capital City, said well what was the cost of the Audi to the Edge? I didn’t replied to add to his comment. It doesn’t matter the cost of each vehicle. So charging the $5.36 to replace a battery that only cost you the dealership prob a penny doesn't make since to make customers happy. If the Audi dealership doesnt charge then you can too.
