I was told my car could be seen same day or next day and it was kept for 6 days. This was a huge inconvenience to my family. Had I been told the truth, that they did not have availability for several days, I would’ve called other places.

I certainly appreciate having an appointment for an oil change. Service was fine and the personnel very friendly.
However, I got an email saying that my Edge 2013 missed my 12:00 appointment. I do not have an Edge and I did not miss my 12:00 appointment. Probably need to fix that ????
I brought my truck in around 130 Friday and was told it would be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait for oil change and tire rotation I was taken home with your ride services it was to be picked up when the job was done around 4 or 430 I ended up calling myself around 4pm to see if the truck was done later that day and they told me it was and that someone was coming to pick me up well they gave the driver my old address and he ended up a half hour away from where he was supposed to pick me up traffic was bad at that time of evening so I ended up not getting my truck that evening so I am very Unsatisfied with the services for that day I ended up having to go Saturday morning to pick my truck up. The driver Larry was very nice and it was not his fault that someone gave him the wrong address when I pick my truck up the receptionist that I paid for the services was very nice . But I’m very unhappy when I was told that I would get my truck back around 4 o’clock and was not able to get it till the next day due to the mixup.

Charlie is always very helpful and communicative. We had an issue with a previous repair and he helped us get a tow and fixed the problem at no charge.
Horrible communications. Service representatives failed to keep me informed as to the status of my vehicle. Dropped it off on a Tuesday expecting to get it back on Friday. I made a half dozen calls during to week following after when I expected to get my car. Was told “they would look into it and get back to me, never happened! Finally got my car a week later. No apology …. nothing. It’s like I should feel lucky that they even worked on my car. News for you, there are other dealerships.
I had to wait 21 days to have my car fixed because I did not have an appointment. So all of us that have our cars break down are out of luck and get terrible service. Something needs fixed. Capital City has been servicing my car for over 10 years. Loyalty doesn’t seem to have a place anymore.
My vehicle was done in a very timely manner. The only thing that I didn't care for was there was a $16 hike in the price and was not notified of it
Requested the works be done. It wasn’t. Just an oil change was done. Cashier was extremely frustrated. Told me she thinks tires need replaced but wasn’t sure that someone shoulda went over that when it was done. I never got a call when car was done. Had to call myself to check on it.
Took 3.5 hours for oil change and tire rotate I was 2nd in line when you opened

I was promised that what needed to be done on my truck would only take 30 minutes but in reality it took the team almost 4 hours with no explanation.. I will never be returning to cap be returning to capital city Ford for any services ever.
