Nice group to work with. Courtney was polite and professional. Terry was great. I offered to get my own car and she insisted it was her job. Hated to see her go out for it as it was sooo cold. Thanks to everyone who worked on my vehicle.

Appointment at 800. Dropped vehicle off at 745. At 2 pm, was not looked at yet. When we arrived to pick up my unfixed vehicle, the battery was dead. My vehicle was NOT there for battery and I had zero issues with it. Now I had to purchase a battery from you due to an error more than likely on your technicians fault. I have to bring my vehicle back again next week. What is the purpose of appointments if you don't honor them? Service advisor said no way battery was their fault. Very dissatisfied.
Very slow service and very slow workers take for ever to finish one thing.

Cory was outstanding, he was very helpful in getting my wiper system repaired. He also got my navigation system working the way it should have been working. Cory should be recommended for the employee of the month.

Called service , they said brakes are same day, Was told to bring my vehicle at 8am for brakes. They sent a text stating that if I have any questions while your vehicle is being serviced to text back at the number provided. I texted at 2pm, no response. I called at 4:30! Service rep said he didn’t know my vehicle was there because he wasn’t the tech that wrote it up when I got there! Said I can come get it or they can check it out another day .. horrible customer service

Outstanding customer service as far as I'm concerned.
I brought my truck in under warranty and the steering wheel is making a noise when you turn it. I was told that they don’t know what the noise is or where it’s coming from. I feel they should be able to find the noise and fix it. That’s what a warranty is for right? They said they could barely hear the noise. My hearing is not the best and I can hear the noise plain as day.
