Corey is the best truly a valuable asset for service department he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone of his customer is completely satisfied
First off Courtney Butler service is horrible and very rude. Never provided updates or documents when needed. As if me not having my vehicle wasn’t important. She always seem bother when I would call for updates after having my car for at least 6weeks. She would intentionally ignore my phone calls and tell someone else to answer ( I know because they would say she told them to answer because she recognized the number or either walk away from desk) very unprofessional. Talking to her was never pleasant and me saying Thank you would only get a response with YEP. I was tired of dealing with her attitude that I had my husband to call and he also received the same rudeness. I should have been the one frustrated since I’m the person without a vehicle going on months and nothing was repaired even though my car is still under factory warranty Not satisfied at all
I had my doubts about getting my radio fix completely like it was when it was new, but I was wrong it’s as good as it ever was. Thank you to everyone in the service department.

Since I purchased my car from Sharp and I have stayed with your company and Cory has been my go to person each and every time I needed something to be done he’s always there for me in on this time for my oil change I walked in He says we have time I was in and out within about an hour and 15 minutes fantastic service

Not satisfied at all I asked for oil change and alignment didn't get the alignment but got charged for it should have told me up front then I leave my car start making clicking sounds took it back they don't know nothing about it

Never will come back
Didn't repair the problem. Only my battery was looked at. Did not consider the ABS warning light was on as well as the battery warning light was on. I expect that it might be a faulty alternator. But the shop did not want to take the time to investigate this. So,now as my battery runs low on power it will cause the ABS light to come on and battery warning light and then I will be stranded on the roadside. So, now I have to take my truck to Autozone and let them diagnose the situation. Then if it is the alternator, I will be stuck installing it myself.
Like to trade I. For new one own 29 still on this one
Everything went well . I am always satisfied with bringing my vehicle there. One concern I may have is if the technician is thoroughly checking everything on the inspection and not just putting check marks. He selected that my wiper blades were in great condition however one of them has a piece of rubber that has shredded and separated and I was waiting for them to tell me I needed new ones and I would have inquired about the price but that did not happen. Thank you for great service !
