The cashier at checkout was rather unpleasant. I asked about using my Ford points to pay towards my service and she rather rudely said that system was not working. I’m not one to complain, but I’ve worked in customer service for several years in the past and she could have certainly explained the system glitch in a much kinder way. Didn’t greet me either. Just very flatly said the total cost.

The repair was a Ford warranty issue. Prior to the program modifications I had no concerns with the transmission. Following the service work, the transmission intermittently kicks forward when putting into drive.
