This was a recall repair and all went well.
Dropped car off to have several things completed. Car was at dealership for a week. Plenty of time to get items completed. Never heard from dealership in the first 6 days it was there. I called them and was told I needed something repaired that I had had no problem with prior. Cost was going to be around $1,000 and the car would not be ready when I needed it because they had to order a part that was going to take at least 48 hours to get. Joe made reference he checked me in when I dropped the car off and he was not the person who checked me in. Then one item I had asked to have looked at was a rattle noise in the passenger side door. Joe said he had no recollection of this request, which is probably true since he wasn’t the person who helped me when I dropped the car off.
The service was wonderful. I was able to come in and get them. I will change done in a timely manner and as always, Cory is always friendly and willing to help me.
