I am not complaining about Alyssa’s service, although I did pay a $180 diagnostic fee but the specific findings were not spelled out on the receipt. I paid for this information and it should have been provided in writing. I did not have the repairs done at Cap City because of the high cost of repair. Blossom Chevy is doing the repair for almost $900 least than your shop. I will no longer be bringing my truck to cap city because of your prices. An oil change for my truck last time was nearly $200 which was about a 75% increase from the previous oil change. I understand there has been inflation but that seems excessive. Are you paying your techs and staff 75 % more? I doubt it…

I was very impressed when we rook my car in for a routine oil change and they called and said they caught a few things wrong with my car. They were fixed immediately and I had my car back the next day. Thank you for doing a great job so I was not stranded somewhere or did damage to my car by it not being caught in time.
