Overall good service. Just **** to pay 199.00 to plug in to see what the check engine light but everyone is doing it now. I used the quick pay feature and was shocked to see that they added a processing fee to my bill. That is why I am not totally satisfied. Always have good service from Steve. Also dropped the car off Sunday night and did not get it back until Wednesday but again all dealerships are starting to do that. Steve is good at what he does.

Courtney always takes such good care of me and my car! Never have to worry about my car at CCF. She always briefs Brian of what’s going on with my car so he’s ready for it, it’s usually resolved fairly quickly and don’t have returning issues for the same reason the car came in.

Been with Ford since 1988. Love the brand. Courtney is probably the best service advisor I have ever had. Capital city as a whole was fine. There may have been a little lack of detail on the mechanics part. I more though inspection probably should have been performed on the first visit. Things happen and that’s how you learn and grow. I’m not 00% convinced the front left wheel bearing was bad honestly though. It was only 4 years old and had to come back the next day and buy the other side.
Peyton did a great job in accommodating me through the process of changing my bed cover out.
