The only issue I had is last time I was in to get my oil changed it was free then she told me I had over 10.000 points remaining enough for atleast 1 more free oil change then today she said I had 5.92 left so I had to pay 57.80 I dont understand where they went then they told me to call Andy Mogh Ford Plainfield and ask them she said something about 42.000 pts. Is this something u can ck into I'm not able to speak on phone due to throat cancer. Pls let me know ASAP. Ty

Cory exemplifies stellar performance as a service writer.He has done his best to make the experience of servicing my 2005 Ford Ranger a less painful expierience.I only say this because my finances have been stretched recently.
