Worse service and communication that I have ever received from Capitol city Ford. They kept my car for 2 weeks and 4days. I am an independent consultant and I couldn't work. I didn't know from day to day what the status was. Didn't offer me a vehicle during this time. Cost me 2 weeks loss of income. Only told me they were waiting on parts. No idea of when the parts would be in. They have lost a Customer for ever. I'm buying a new car and not getting a Ford.
