I was very happy with the help that I received at Capitol City Ford. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and seem to get their jobs done thouroughly and quickly. I would highly recommend this store. My husband worked at Ford for 44 years but he is now deceased. Both of us were very happy with everyone.

Service was great! However, the key ring portion of my vehicle key was broken and no one brought this to my attention. Also, I’m experiencing no communication from from Capitol City Ford to my reply about this issue nor with my request to cancel parts ordered for my navigational system which is no longer needed.
